Laima Zilinskiene participated in the 5th Annual Meeting of the Anti-Corruption Network for Transition Economies, which was organized on 10 - 12 September 2003 in Istanbul, Turkey.

The Annual Meeting was organized by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the Steering Group of the Anti-Corruption Network for Transition Economies (ACN).
