Global “Transparency International” Transparency School – the biggest event of its type in the world, which since its inception, has brought together more than 1600 people from around the world interested in anti-corruption and transparency.
In the week-long school, participants take part in intense anti-corruption lectures, during which they deepen their knowledge about causes of corruption. Together with the lecturers of the school, the participants look for ways to improve the levels of transparency and reduce the instances of corruption in their countries. Special attention during school is paid to the development of practical skills, sharing of experiences, discussions of new anti-corruption trends, as well as inclusion of citizens and representatives of various areas into transparency initiatives in order to promote higher quality and more accountable decision-making.
World Transparency school is organised in cooperation with Mykolas Romeris University Law School and, since 2023, with National M. K. Ciurlionis Arts School.
