Skirmantas Bikelis

Skirmantas joined TI Lithuania in 2020. He consults the team on legal issues, methodic questions. Skirmantas holds a Master‘s degree in law from Vilnius University and PhD in law from Mykolas Romeris University. Skirmantas has led two large academic projects and participated in a few international academic projects. He is the author of three monographies and more than thirty academic publications. Currently, Skirmantas‘ major field of interest is the illicit assets‘ confiscation strategies and related issues.
