Event "The Impact of Participatory Budgeting: Experiences from Different EU Countries"

We would like to invite you to the virtual event “The Impact of Participatory Budgeting: Experiences from Different EU Countries”. It will take place on 23 January, at 10 am (CEST).

The aim of this event is to share success stories of participatory budgeting and other citizen engagement initiatives in the EU. We will also discuss ways to ensure a better quality and sustainable implementation of such initiatives.

During the event, representatives from Kaunas district municipality, cities of Lisbon, Paris, Riga, and organizations such as e-Governance Academy, PROVIDUS, Urban Policy Observatory, and Transparency International Lithuania will share their insights.

The event is primarily organized for municipal leaders, decision-makers, active citizens, and organizations working on citizen engagement.

Date: 23 January 2024 (Tuesday)

Time: 10 AM – 1.10 PM (CEST)

Location: The event will take place virtually on the Zoom platform.

The event will be conducted in English.
