Recommendations for legislation

TI Lithuania is on the SKAIDRIS system list of organisations, which influence legislation.

This system invites organisations to note the areas where they provide suggestions to legislative acts. The categories of legislative regulation provided by the SKAIDRIS system do not fully reflect the nature of our work because the recommendations we provide in relation to anti-corruption, transparency, and good governance are commonly connected to multiple areas. For this reason, we have chosen the areas in which we are currently actively working and implementing initiatives: economy and innovation, finance and banking, culture, national security and defence, social security and work, construction, healthcare, education and science, law and order, and internal affairs. We regularly review and, if necessary, update the information on the SKAIDRIS system. The impact we had on legislative creation will have to be declared in accordance with legislative acts until February 1, 2024.
